整体上酒店很棒，设施保持较好，人员素质较高。房间安排上，可能是我们团购价格问题，所以位置不是很好(✪▽✪)；餐饮方面酒店饭菜味道不错（价格小贵），度假区内现也有味道不错的饭店（价格较酒店略低）；温泉方面现场管理不是很好，尤其是外籍游客（韩国游客素质最差）追逐竞技影响其它游客，现场温泉管理人员对该项问题放任自流不管不问，希望今后应一致同仁、不卑不亢。
