环境好，真的是面朝大海，春暖花开，景色优美。配套设施比较齐全，温泉最棒，硬件设施没得说，可能是十一客流集中，接待能力有待提高，第一天早餐排队、没的吃，退房至少排队半小时。早餐品种不少，口味一般。

设施、位置一流，管理和服务理念跟不上。入住退房都排大队，大堂只有几把单人椅，老人和孩子等待办理入住退房时只能站着。餐厅有苍蝇，服务员漠视。晚上房间进去二十几只苍蝇，叫来服务员，打了几只就走了，只好自己又打了二十几分钟，地上都是死苍蝇，又叫服务员来吸地。晚上睡觉时又有几只苍蝇来骚扰。温泉收费，168一位，演出也是收费的。早餐人特别多，吃个煎蛋都要排大队，没啥可吃的，仅有的几样味道也不好。酒店中餐厅也有苍蝇，服务员漠视，幸而饭菜味道还好。

这是第二次入住酒店，客房的大姐们服务依旧是特别的好，客房服务中心的服务人员电话接听很专业，耐心解答我问的问题，要的东西会很快送过来，但是酒店前台的服务真是让人堪忧，办理退房排了一个小时的队，差点赶不上飞机，

还是不错的，特别是客服服务中心晚上上班的姑娘，服务很专业，接电话很快，详细的帮我解答了一些问题，声音也很温柔。送东西特别及时。客服打扫的干净。赞一个👍
