定了两个房间，结果到了只有一个打扫好的，费用一起交了。另外一个房间说半小时左右可以给房卡，结果等了一个多小时也没有打扫完。外出吃完饭回去拿另外一个房卡，服务员还要收另外一个房间的钱，我让她查下记录都已经付款了，服务员非要让我提供付款记录，难道都不能查到是否付款吗？服务员感觉都是没有经过培训的，一次换一个接待，乱七八糟一点服务意识都没有。进去房间里地板都有水，不太干净…除了灯光，多了个蓝牙音响其他跟如家汉庭一点区别都没有，但是价格贵上百块
