交通比较方便,走过去就可到海底世界,老舍等名人故居丶迎宾馆等也可步行到达。房间不大，大厅有点潮味.

地点很好，基本上就是住在景区内了，隔壁就是海大。很喜欢大学路，真正做到了闹中取静。但是设施比较旧，说四星有点坑爹了。

酒店交通比较方便，离火车站、中山路都比较近。坏境也比较安静，因为是老宾馆的原因设施较陈旧，但也中规中矩，服务和卫生状况也不错，一早到有房间就入住了。网上订好的比到店便宜，性价比还是比较高的，下次去青岛还会选择这里入住。唯一的缺点是不包早餐。
