酒店最大特点是大！房间特别宽敞！100平米的标间，呵呵😄！设施有点老旧了！服务很好！地理位置绝佳，距离各景区都不远！但也因为是景区环绕，所以购物不太方便！

酒店位置不错，山东的酒店服务很一般。有垃圾袋在电梯边上放了半天都没有人清理。酒店设施比较旧，主要还是位置好，性价比不高。B户型的客厅可圈可点，大玻璃比较气派。

26楼，能看到很远，下面两个浴场，俯瞰很好。头一次住酒店还带客厅的，还是个忒大的客厅.....比较老的酒店了，房间内有些设施可以更新一下了，排风扇的面罩都没了……

地理位置佳，酒店右边是八大关景区和第二浴场，走路就能到。直走沿海边步道，景色也不错。房间面积大，海景房，设施有些旧，卫生一般。青岛很多地方都是单行道，公共交通出行提前查路线。
