通过艺龙定的酒店，交了取消险，结果去不了，房间不给退，保险也不给退钱，保险就没人联系我，艺龙服务真差劲，这个酒店的服务也那么差劲！保险公司服务更没有！

卫生太差了，马桶都是脏的，浴缸还有泥，卫生间地面也是湿湿的，这样合适么，确定是星级酒店么，定的房间没有了，升级了行政的，可是升级的都这么差了，不升级的还能看么
