总结四个字:太脏太旧！ 确实是非常老的酒店了，里面破破烂烂的也可以理解，关键是屋里充满发霉下水道的味道，还有墙纸上那红色血痕，腐蚀破烂的门把手，油腻变黑的地毯，住起来太恐 怖了，还有洗澡水放了十分钟都不热，太浪费水了 索性洗了个凉水澡，****! 前台态度也不热情，听她们嘀咕好像对晚上接团备战，哎，出差商旅人士建议千万别去啊，太影响工作了。。。。

前台服务态度不太好，表情冷漠，不热情。
墙上明明挂着涉外酒店的牌子，却说不对外。还有外汇汇率的兑换牌，不对外的话，挂汇率牌干什么。
总之，感觉不舒服，需进行员工服务理念教育，提高服务水平。
