太差的入住体验！卫生设施服务简直不能再差，作为一家连锁酒店表示很失望！定了行政大床，房间在夹道里跟对面房间一步之遥并且旁边还有个布草间，开门后直接是床床旁边有放俩沙发就是行政房，跟前台说换个房说满了没房换，好吧理解然后去洗手间。。我的妈呀严重怀疑这间房打没打扫，简陋可以但卫生能不能打扫的走点心，地面都是头发污迹房间地毯脏乎乎还有各种垃圾，卷纸给我们留了一丢丢，可能现在提倡环保？呵呵哒，又给前台打电话要求换房，前台姑娘理直气壮的说没房了没法换，要么你加钱换房型，我说卫生都没打扫干净，姑娘很横的告诉我我现在让人上去给你打扫！我的天哪我是来花钱住房的不是来让你吆喝的这是最基本的服务态度？也忍了，然后上来一个大姐说来擦擦，我给他指了桌子和地面大姐边擦桌子笑了笑说可能没打扫干净哈哈好吧。不忍心让大姐这么晚打扫擦了擦就让她回去了，再说说设施吧也没啥就一个电视五个手指能数过来频道，好不容易有个湖南台，居然卡？画面显示一分钟卡4分钟你觉得合适吗？隔音问题不是自己开了间房我真以为跟对面住一间，关门声说话声对面人进出一晚上不消停真是醉了！这是我住过最差的酒店没有之一！价格比其他连锁贵服务卫生确比不上。。。

非常不错，前台人员很热情，房间很干净，要是说有缺点就是隔音略有不足，床很舒服，躺上去就能睡着的感觉！
