    在前台等待了近15分钟，原因就是前台接待发现她们自己少给我定了一间房（艺龙订了两个套间，酒店少做了一间房的预订），当时没有多余的房间了，由于是十一长假期间，房间出租率很高，这一点可以理解，这件事最终也解决了。希望下次不要再出现这样的情况，尽快让客人入住。相对于前台接待人员，客房服务人员十分友善，得知我们一家五口因为酒店少安排一个房间，立即给我们多提供了两份洗漱用品及拖鞋，昨天房门打不开，请客房服务人员帮忙开门，对方与前台核实了我的身份信息，这一点让住客很有安全感。酒店地理位置不错，附近购物很方便，步行去奥帆大约十分钟吧，门口还能免费停车，看车的师傅很热情。
