我入住的房间号位1643号。此酒店管理人员和服务人员态度很随和，有回家的感觉。硬件设施上因为是新开酒店都比较新，但是房间还是有味道，房间的闭门器关门声音太大，而且闭门器与房门的连接处有严重的裂缝，有安全隐患。距离世博园很近很方便，每天9点有开往世博园的电瓶车，适合自驾游和商务出差的人士下榻此酒店，周围不是很方便。前台的入住和离店的办理时间过长，我入住办理时间10分钟，离店办理时间15分钟。希望可以改进。在艺龙预定时有承诺送欢迎水果，但没有兑现。

酒店很新，游泳池水有点凉，但非常干净，人也少，很棒；健身房器材还未到，还有其他活动室，如兵乓球，台球，这两种是收费的，台球28一小时，但玩的很开心。酒店的早晚餐都非常好，有多种海鲜，菜做的很精细，品种也多，房间也不错，开车来是不错的选择。
