作为一年365天，其中300天可能都在出差住酒店的消费者来说像喜来登，希尔顿，这样的五星级酒店是我的首选，但这家喜来登酒店前台服务和前台的经理服务太差劲，细节我就不多讲了，我想说的是你们做的是服务行业，既然做不好就不要做，何必选酒店行业。今天特想投诉你们，前台经理还说，你中午就该预订，什么时间预订是我们消费者的问题，你有什么资格说，真是恶心到极点了，整个喜来登酒店服务都被你们毁了

2018年1月14日，住1109房已经第五天了，住了这么多喜来登酒店也就这家喜来登前台服务员最差劲，在这里连着住了5天今天忘了在网上预订支付担保金了，就打两个电话催，今天晚上前台经理还很不客气的打电话到客人房间说中午就该预订，简直太恶心了，忘记预订了，你们可以按前台价格算呀，用得着吗，要不是我老公也在这住，我非得投诉你们，恶心，本来挺喜欢喜来登这个品牌的酒店，开了20多公里车从黄岛过来，还遇到这样一群**，真是挺影响心情的

这个酒店倒是不错，毕竟是五星级，但酒店前台和前台经理服务太差劲，一下忘记了支付网上担保金就打两个电话催，前台经理还说，中午就应该提前订，太恶心了，就算没在网上定，结账时你可以按前台价格结算呀，有什么大不了的呢，用不着一直催吧。更何况还住了四五天了，住了这么多喜来登，也就这家前台服务最差劲。
