酒店规定是12点前退房的。我们是下午2:30到酒店的，房间还没有清洁整理好，还不能入住。说还缺条床单，要去借。和前台反映说没有其它房间了。等到3:20分才入住。上海到青岛。开了8个小时，你想。心情会着样？
