酒店整体感觉还可以，服务比较好。尤其感谢的是一楼餐厅的刘娜女士，我们在一楼用自助餐时服务态度非常好，并且在得知我们的游玩计划后热心的给了很多建议，对我们很有帮助，还给孩子了一份小礼物。平时各地酒店住的很多，很少点评，这次是我遇到的服务非常好的工作人员，特别来点评感谢。

该酒店地处市中心，周边服务设施齐全，方便住客，附近有万象城，吃逛买便利，又有地铁和机场大巴，交通便捷，最重要的是服务人员态度很好，服务主动周到!特别是服务员王英杰，知道我们带着小孙女来住几天，马上为我们搬来婴儿床，青岛近期天气潮湿，又为我们找来除湿器，当地水质不好，又送矿泉水给我们喝，关爱之情令我们深受感动!

胜在位置方便坐飞机去旅游的人首选哦，机场大巴，20元到店门口了，701终点站是在酒店门口的，一分钟走进酒店里面的大堂了，吃饭在酒店里面吃，价钱合适方便。床太窄带娃出门的一家人一起去的睡觉会挤的。

二楼老外婆菜品很有特色，口味很棒，服务员张志轩王珍梅韩华峰三位服务员都特别热情一直给我们介绍菜品，虽然来的有点晚一直热情招待，酒店环境也不错，下次还在这里
