这是我住的酒店最不愉快的一次，我总共订了两个房间，没有安排在一层楼上就算了，我们第一晚住的那个房间楼上居然是餐厅，天不亮就听见上面的响声严重影响了我们的睡眠。然后要求换房间，给我们换到五楼，他们再换房间之前都不检查的估计，我们退房时居然说我们用了他们付费的东西，如果我们用了就是用了，没用就是没用，况且我们出门都是自带毛巾之类的东西，怎么可能用了还说没用。所以大家在住之前最好检查一下里面的东西，省的到时候说不清，没有的东西被说成被你们用了。

卫生真的不想提了 住了三天 就给换床单被套 毛巾 洗漱用品 卫生一点都不打扫 说了两次还是一次都没打扫 卫生真是不合格
