有点人烟稀少 酒店挺漂亮的 大厅是真冷 房间暖和，我想不明白为什么洗手间没有排气扇，很不方便 办入住和退房alice和joan服务可以 客服大刚和小娜服务周到 要了水还给了茶 还会再来

2022年海上日出最佳观赏地！又一次入住美爵酒店，超大落地窗和户外阳台是最佳选择。一楼早餐自助特别赞，品种丰富，环境很棒。餐厅服务人员特别热情的打招呼，领位置，介绍菜品，还准备了咖啡，服务暖心细致。完美的跨年入住体验。

酒店很漂亮，从外面看整个楼像灯光秀一样。服务从入住到退房都很好，入住体验也不错。缺点在于前台入住后面的展示墙，有点拉低档次。表扬一些前台的Alice还未入住就打电话询问对房间有没有什么位置要求啥的，非常不错很好

服务态度非常好，微信里的小太阳非常热情周到。非常细心 住了五六天主动询问我们口罩够不够用 房间物品需要不需要补充，还贴心提醒外出注意防疫。酒店需要这样的员工 小太阳给你点赞你很棒

酒店在即墨是比较高端的酒店了。入住过好多次了，酒店的中餐味道不错，价格我很合理。办理入住的前台Alice,Cassie,Bella服务到位，态度很好。床睡得很舒服，房间干净卫生，早上起床还可以看到日出。

出来出差连住了两晚，酒店环境不错，天气寒冷但是房间里很暖和。Alice服务很好，到时间提前提醒我们办理退房，怕我们过了时间会加收房费给我们几位留了收拾的时间，很细心服务不错

🍃环境：重点是海景 太帅了！还非常安静
🔔服务：我们去的比较晚，前台小姐姐还给我们打电话了解情况，特别细心~特别表扬Cassie和Sara，非常nice😉
