酒店位置真的绝了，check in时安排了14楼，风景真的非常好，个人感觉比王子酒店风景开扬，的确装潢是有些旧了，卫生间水管侵蚀比较厉害，近海的酒店需要更多的维护呀，机场过来也很方便，出门就有公交站，相邻火车站，非常好找，到其他景点的公交也一并都有，还能沿海岸走走，舒服，楼下就是栈桥海水浴场，下去玩个水就能上来休息。
订了三天，刚好去爬涝山明天就CHECK OUT了，谁知回来门口张贴了告示，酒店因合同纠纷给查封了，噗~好小伙！一堆特警上来盘查，眼神还是和善的，以为发生了啥事，出门居然还能遇上这种事。。。立刻办了退房手续退回押金，反正要离开青岛不想再找酒店了，接收方也容许我们住到明天早上，大概那晚就剩下我们了，人还是挺好的，谢谢了！
酒店的位置真的挺好的，接收方要是还能做酒店，以后还会再来入宿的。

位置很好，四星级别的酒店，卫生打扫的很差，厕所淋浴喷头常年水渍，洗手池下方也许久未清洁，卧室的墙面已经很脏了。玻璃很久没擦过了。重要的是连住两晚，第二天来收拾房间都没有给换背罩枕头套，床单上还有不明的污渍。除了位置五颗星，服务和住宿感觉还不如快捷酒店，可参考。

酒店位置没话说，与大海就隔一条街，我们订的海景房房间里就能看到海，而且窗户挺大挺干净，酒店设施是有点陈旧但还能接受，房间里没有感觉到其他游客所说的霉味，酒店不供应早餐不过周围用餐都挺方便，总体对酒店挺满意
