海都大酒店地理位置优越，交通便利，是我每次来青岛的首选。这次入住楼层服务人员张玉荣、贾红梅两位女士给我留下深刻印象，由于我洗衣比较多给我加了单杠衣架，酒店免费供给的2瓶水不够喝又给加了小桶水，房间打扫的干净整洁，让人非常舒服，服务热情周到，让人非常贴心，下次来还会选择这里，星级酒店星级服务，出差旅行首选!

酒店房间很多，但是房间设施比较旧。浴室没有干湿分离，洗澡完了以后厕所里就水漫金山了。早餐种类比较多，能吃饱。价格相对贵了。不是很推荐前往。

还不错，离火车站很近，我是出差第一次住这个酒店，送各种小李品，水果，免费升级了房子，去黄岛也比较方便

这个价格性价比可以说是差的。楼层空间偏低有点压抑，房间里总感觉有点灰灰的，特别是浴室根本下不去水，四星的酒店有这样开玩笑的吗？早餐还算丰富比较欣慰，不过，问了煮面条的服务员一些事情回馈过来的是冰冷的态度和对客人带有鄙夷的答复，这样的态度把我拉回了对酒店评价的现实。以后不会再定这个酒店了。
