地理位置很好，离市政府、五四广场、云霄路美食街、佳世客很近，因为是老宾馆了，房间设施较陈旧，宽带速度还是蛮快的，早餐太简单、内容太少。

因为是提前预定的，尽管第一次入住很不满意，还是按原定计划又住了第二次。事先向前台提了要求，总算给了我两间洗浴功能正常的房间，但室内烟味仍然很重，电视机遥控器不起作用。设施陈旧。下次再不会来了。

酒店设施装潢很陈旧。定的两个房间，一个房间淋浴龙头水量太小，一个房间浴缸下水不通。房间内烟味很浓，窗户却不能打开；电视机遥控器可能是电池已经过期，无法实现遥控功能。
