因为飞机晚点，所以过去的时候已经十二点多了，工作人员睡着了，被叫醒的，然后输入名字，电话号码都找不到这个订单。打电话给同程也被告知电脑值班。幸好最后工作人员帮忙查了别的网站，才知道这个是在去哪儿上定的，好吧，我们这种是搞不清楚的。定了两个房间，进去后，一个好一点，一个差一点。差的那个，空调调整温度调不了，最后一定都会跳到28度，吹风机是坏的，最恶心的是毛巾脏的可以，当时真的想找服务员换，后来一看时间，两点多了，想想人家估计都睡了，就忍了一个晚上。以后再也不想去这家了
