残疾老人家入住这家旅馆，简直就是噩梦。早餐地点要上几个台阶，老人家完全轮椅活动无法进入餐厅，餐厅的服务人员竟然视而不见，不仅没有好心帮一把老人把老人让到餐厅热热乎乎地吃早餐，还让二人到大厅吹着冷风吃早餐。旅馆方本来规定的是2点之前退房，竟然在12点时就赶人，哪里有这样没有人情味的旅馆啊！！！差评差评差评
