酒店位置不错，周边超市，菜场方便，晚上比较安静，卫生还行，每层有个公共的露台可以晒衣服很方便，就是设施还有提高空间，总之推荐入住！

交通比较便利，环境安静，步行到海趣园不远。延安三路有不少饭店，超市。设施较齐全，价位可以接受，服务亲和。

在旅游旺季，这个价格算是性价比不错的。酒店交通方便，门口有公交604路直达第一，第三海水浴场。船歌鱼水饺湛山路店距离酒店200米左右。酒店的餐厅价格公道，家常菜口味也不错，而且分量很足。总之，满意，推荐！

三大特点，值得推荐：
一、安静，位于青岛市老年大学内，进入大院，就好像进入了大学，那种安静非常难得，如果是白天，还可以听到老年人歌唱的声音，很悦耳。
二、交通，当时是稀里糊涂订的，没想到这家酒店的地理位置也很好，距离青岛市主干道延安路非常近，几乎所有的市区景点都可以半小时之内到达。
三、服务，前台的女孩非常有服务精神，比如一支笔，比如附近吃的地方介绍等，都非常好。
其它，比如WIFI,比如环境设施，和其价格持平，如果带老人，强烈推荐，绝对可以睡个好觉。出了后门有很多吃饭的地方，附近还有个早市，可以买到非常新鲜的水果。

酒店真的不错，前台工作人员服务态度很好，住的舒服，吃的也不错，下次去青岛玩绝对还住在这儿。很肃静，价格合理。只不过最后一天花208有点郁闷，谁让赶上51假期了呢。总体给95分吧。
