这里主要投资下艺龙网，服务越来越差，只知道收钱，明明定的大床间不和酒店提前沟通，结果给我一个标准间。酒店门市价八百多一晚含双早，艺龙上要一千多。

因行程原因想先退了，等确定后再预定，沟通多次得到酒店的回复都是no way，洲际的服务标准真是不敢苟同，还是那句话，服务性行业主旨是为客户解决问题，做不到，以后也不会考虑洲际了。
