酒店和三年前没什么变化，服务还是棒棒哒！酒店的泳池不适合小朋友游泳，没有浅水区。酒店的早餐非常一般，是我住过的五星级酒店中比较差的吧。我住上海的洲际酒店比这里的好很多。

入住当天下大暴雨，办理的稍慢一些，前台为我们在大堂吧点的饮料，喝完了时间刚刚好。进房间后看到我们是带小孩的，送了小孩的拖鞋和牙刷勺子。下雨我们不能去海边正好在酒店游泳池游泳。第二天早餐比较丰富，感谢说青岛味普通话的大厨，亲自为我们端来孩子爱吃的蛋羹。但有一点小遗憾，卫生间淋浴房的隔板架，长了一层绿绿白白的锈，看着蛮恶心的。不过总体来说非常满意。

做为洲际品牌的五星级酒店硬件差强人意，电梯内部让人感觉像低档次的Motel………自助餐厅不仅早餐品质很差，而且排风设备简直让人匪夷所思，进门口就强烈的油烟味儿，太让人诧异了！唯一值得推荐的是服务人员较为规范亲切。做为青岛地标性酒店，一晚接近1600的房价性价比简直太差了，完全不推荐入住。
