晚上洗澡没有热水，看着有灶台，实际上完全不能用，后来送来的电磁炉也是破的不行，害我们海鲜都没煮好，设备很旧，卫生较差，洗澡池里尽是沙子，电梯也坏了，总体感觉真的很糟糕，不知道4.9分是怎么评出来的？
