酒店离火车站、栈桥都很近，交通也很便利，公车站就在门口。但酒店很有历史感了，墙纸都掉了，也没大堂，他们说很快就要装修了。啤酒节期间房价都涨了，认为这个价格还行，就是房间没wIFI，不方便。

订了海景房，窗外就是栈桥景区，沙滩，海浪，栈桥，还有海边绿荫里红顶白墙的德式建筑感觉不错。环境比较清静，只是房间设施年代较长了，比较陈旧。前台在十一楼和客房一起，很小。
