酒店服务人员（不是临时工）素质太差了，对于客人的提问不但不加理会，居然当场与客人争吵，理直气壮的！还有该酒店电梯陈旧，不是智能化的，电梯门会夹人。如若有很多行李再带上小孩上该电梯，一定要小心！

国庆假期青岛住宿太火 山东路附近常规的快捷酒店前台价格都到了600上下 借助艺龙才定到了实惠的酒店 虽然到店后店家就这个价格有异议 说是这个价格已经关闭 需要涨价 但艺龙的客服立即给解决了 差价艺龙主动给承担了 房间很干净 虽然不是特别新但没有潮味 卫生间也无异味 电视略老 窗外风景不错 能看到山 自助早餐品种略少 看车大爷很热情 晚上回去晚了还主动给找了车位 住的比较舒心 退房限时是十二点

有点失信誉！
明明是通过艺龙预订的，就是不愿意承认。
如果感觉艺龙预订价格太低，完全可以调高价格。
没有必要玩虚的。
在艺龙网预订第一次碰到这样的酒店，真心服了！！
