附近环境一般吧，楼下是个大工地。虽然是海景房，但离海边也有个100米了，而且落地窗也不太干净。入住手续办理的时间也太长了，最开始说30min，然后变成了2小时…早餐还不错

房间干净整洁，高楼层视野好。前台服务好（尤其接待的小潘和小吕）。房间设施略微影响入住感觉，如柜门无法关闭好，浴室淋浴房门封闭不严。总体满意。

房间较大，但设施简单，小朋友不能去泳池，必须要花三百一个小时请私教，才能去，很遗憾！

酒店设施比较少，小朋友不能去泳池玩，必须要三百一个小时请私教才能去，有强制消费的感觉，小朋友很不开心☹️

非常令人不满意的酒店，两点左右办理入住，勉强给了一间房，还有另两间房说要等一个半小时才能入住，酒店给出的解释是因为今天退房较多，房间打扫不出来，做为一家标榜豪华五星的酒店竟然会出现这种情况，我头一次碰到，后来直接投诉后才勉强四十分钟后给了另两间房，第二天早餐又堵心了，服务实在跟不上，又要等半天，客人吃完后，餐桌清理的速度史上最慢，没有之一。再然后因为天气原因金沙滩去不了，想着带孩子酒店泳池玩下算了，结果竟然被告知18岁以下不能进，原因是泳池和健身房是被承包的，需要请教练才可带小孩子游，要不然不安全！我了个去，住过那么多酒店，第一次碰到这样的！只能认倒霉！

酒店离市中心还是有距离的，离机场也挺远，位置不敢表扬，早餐就像是在打战，因为是啤酒节的到来，入住的人比较多，早餐连位置都没有，不要说食品，就是在抢，要说亮点就是房间大，看电影方便，周围吃的店也比较多！
