先说优点啊，我定的是家庭套房，房间还算宽敞明亮，位置也还好吧，停车也方便稍微有点儿偏！早餐还行！缺点最重要的是服务真的是差到极点，前台每天就像没睡醒一样，头发乱乱，说话少气无力，问什么好像求着她一样！也没有其他点评的客户说的什么送水果！从酒店到极地馆开车开了两个小时，好远！破了一个刷牙杯，前台让赔了20块！总之觉得在这里住不像是什么宾至如归，感觉很不好

酒店非常好，房间很大，设施也不错，服务人员的服务非常不错。早餐也很可口。如果说有什么美中不足的话，就是wifi，不是很好，希望以后能够改进一点。其他的一切都非常满意。
