离青岛火车站 栈桥 劈柴院很近，出行去景点坐公交很方便，离海边近所以屋子里比较潮湿，没有除湿设备，感觉被褥都是湿的，洗的衣服晾了两天都没干，卫生一般，隔音很差，房间临街，比较吵，价格有点小贵

大概也就10平米吧，房间就一张床的大小再加一个独立卫生间，连个桌子都没有。反正觉得性价比比较低，设施装修什么的还是可以的，就是房子有点小。
