不知道怎么评上五星的。
前台就一个女的，拽的要死。
空调不热，理由是青岛还没供暖……(这**有鬼关系？)
房间没有面巾纸，淋浴到处漏水，垃圾桶不上袋子，里面还有东西，吹风机吹出来向呼气……
