选择这家酒店是因为在八大关景点内，风景不错。谁知该酒店是部队的疗养所，里面的服务员只对来疗养的首长服务到位，对我们普通老百姓是各种不周到。我预定的房间是带早餐的，办理入住时没有给我早餐劵，也没有告诉我们用餐时间。当我们第二天早上八点多一点去用餐时，却告知用餐时间已过，没有了。我们提出这是她们服务员失误引起的，要求退我们早餐费，服务员不仅不理我们，竟然还给我们脸色看。真受不了，发五百多元居然买罪受。该宾馆的卫生还不错，但设施陈旧，房间里的空调噪音大，提出后有修理工修理了一下，稍好一点，但夜深人静的时候就吵得人无法入睡。通过同程的在线人工服务进行了投诉，但一直没有答复。对这点很不满意。
