酒店位置很好，因房间没房我们其中一间还提升了复式套房，赞。 楼下便是大型购物中心，用餐很方便。 多次入住了，值得推荐。

酒店环境很好啊，还有可以做饭的小厨房，交通非常的便利，离地铁站只有300米，附近也有很多可以玩儿的地方，

首先，重要事情不说三遍，不能做饭没有洗衣机基本没有服务，这些槽点都不存在。因为是商住楼租的房，按照民宿风格为模板，于是就有了这种低端商务酒店服务差和家庭旅馆管理差的双输局面。我觉得这是该店症结所在。
服务差吐了，入住时问前台小哥的问题，全部都是“我们没有这些，网上写了但是我们规定了，就没有”，“这个弄不了”，“虽然有厨房，但是规定不能做饭，厨房就是设施，不能做饭”，“之前客户没有投诉过空调不制冷，你看看是不是你的原因”（虽然最后加了氟，第一反应是拿规定推脱）。
不过服务上，扫地大姐还是比较好，态度和热情都很好，但是卫生条件一般，有蟑螂，服务保障感觉像五十一晚小旅馆，但是实际上是700一晚，接近周围索菲亚商务标间，人家四星吃的还好。
然后整个房间都不那么干净，卫生死角多。小孩子喜欢乱跑，尽管用了自己的床单之类，手指甲天天脏乎乎的。
好处就是离哪儿都近，出行方便。但是比起700元一晚的价格，性价比不高，但是同一大厦好几家这样民宿，都大同小异。前提是如果附近还有别的选择，应该不会再住这种情形的旅馆，建议还是商务或者带星标的，价钱差不多，但是服务比较稳定和保证。

公寓式酒店，管理严格，安全感十足。位置也还好，离浴场1公里，走路8分钟左右。洗衣做饭的设备一应俱全。很棒！

个人感觉总体不错！复式双层，有厨房，双床，要是两层都有浴室就更好了！唯一一点，就是网络不太好，太卡
