服务非常差，到了凯悦中心附近打电话问具体位置，服务员非常不耐烦，还没入住就已经开始失望了，再说入住吧，上到37楼，没人招呼你，没有热情的接待，没有宾至如归的感觉，服务员就是被动的服务！办好入住手续，下楼到了2907门口，已经是下午三点多了居然房间还没打扫完毕，清洁工还在房间里面打扫卫生，于是回37楼去换房间，结果是不给换，清洁工更是理直气壮的在电话那头说卫生已经打扫完毕，可以入住，回2907去再一看，清洁工已经不见人影，房间里所有物品都没换，床单，被套，枕套，浴巾，毛巾！地上也脏！我已经无法形容了，极其差劲！没办法已经预付过了，退不了了啊，硬着头皮住吧。还有设施，冰箱坏的用不了，弄了一个小冰箱，声音大的晚上根本没办法睡觉，卫生间的浴缸里的放水开关也是坏的！还有窗户，密封很差，29楼刮风下雨呼呼的！我就真的受够了！

地理位置很好，落地窗超赞，楼下就是永旺，出门不管去哪里都特别方便，房间也够大，就是隔音有点差，隔壁声音大一点都听得很清楚，再就是卫生方面希望能稍加强一点，希望下次再去青岛的时候能看到酒店成长得更好

房间很大，住了2晚!第二天没有打扫，就是把被子铺了一下，浴帽没有补充!住的地理位置不错，对面有家乐福，也好打车，离奥帆中心很近!不提供早餐，我们走了一段，有个购物中心，吃了肯德基，整体感觉不错

没有洗衣机只有一个小冰箱 不知道微波炉和电磁炉是不是要租屋里没有，但是订房说明上有，反正住了一天就走，整体感觉还是可以
