孩子半夜发烧，大人腹泻，和管家商量寄存行李，说没有前台，通融一下延迟退房？说跟公司商量一下，等了一小时之后，回复说四小时半天房费，四点以后全价！不知道是怎么计算的。然后拉肚子拉的有气无力的大人抱着昏昏欲睡的孩子托着大箱子撤离…体验感极差……设施简陋房间灰尘遍地什么的都还能接受，毕竟地段在这里，性价比还是高的，但是服务业如果不能给旅客提供方便只能制造麻烦，实在就不能恭维

公寓酒店没有想象中的好，设施设备一般性，有两张单人床和一张大床，睡的比较舒服，主要是酒店地理位置好，出去就是市中心，离五四广场也比较近，就是当天去奥帆中心戒严不让进，有点遗憾
