大厅盘查严格，叫外卖都无法送上楼，服务态度不是很好，冷冰冰的，看游客感觉像看罪犯一样，就是在大厅想拍个照片，都被阻拦，告知大厅不允许拍照，真晕了😖。楼面服务态度超好。

从来没碰到五星酒店服务员自己开门问客人是不是要退房，万一我在洗澡呢？再说也才11点，又不是已经过了退房的时间点12点，蛮夸张的
