酒店地理位置硬件各方面都不错 就是前台某一员工太缺乏培训 还不如连锁酒店的服务 我退房 她说她要忙开票 让我稍等 然后她动作极慢在办事 我至少等了十多分钟 旁边其他前台服务员帮人家办入住好几个都办好了 我这边还在等 再然后让我去旁边办 体验感极差 怎么会有这样的前台 请严加管理

去的时候免费升级了一下，住的22楼，里面很干净，前台小姐姐服务也很好。第一次住这个酒店，感觉挺好。旁边就是万达。
