赶上一个论坛，房价涨了很多。到的时候是晚上八点多，离开是早上十点，都完全没有帮忙拖行李或者引导的。本来订了两间房，结果办入住时前台说只能查到一间的信息，我还觉得奇怪，赶紧打电话跟艺龙确认，后来折腾了一圈，发现是酒店的人私自把我预定留的姓名给改成其他人了！太夸张了！并且连一句解释都没有！在中餐厅用餐，服务之冷淡，我们还以为菜点少了工作人员不高兴呢。酒店有一个室内儿童中心，但是发现没开门，被告知要用餐的时间才开，不知道怎么想的！酒店后面是沙滩，但是是完全开放的不是酒店的私人沙滩，很多人。入住当天晚上房间灯就关不了，还请了工程部的人来帮忙，去年才开业的酒店，硬件让人汗颜。总之，第一次遇到这么想让人吐槽的酒店，尤其是服务，必须一吐为快，以后估计也不会再住艾美了。

硬件5星，服务3星。入住时打扫房间的说有张纸落在房里，开了门进来到处转了找，说了我们要是看到就拿过去，还转了半天，卫生间，浴室各种走，非常尴尬。没多久还有人说来查房，阻止了进来。简直无语了。室外游泳池各种脏，落叶就不说了，还有蜘蛛掉在里面。泳池底下脏的打滑。晚上吃中餐厅，总共一个服务员，板着个脸，菜点一半就跑走。自助餐厅蚊子很多，五个人吃饭平均4个包。
