酒店硬件设施，特别是室外的地板之类的很多损坏。
酒店前台确认房间好了没有打了三个电话都找不到负责的，管理非常有问题。
位置不错、靠近老胶南市区、吃饭比较方便。
酒店早餐不错也。

这次入住体验很好，尤其是前台一位姓孟的男士特别专业，给我们留下了深刻的印象，还有就是门童的服务也很好，主动打招呼，问客人过年好🍾️，酒店的设备设施也保养的不错，房间很高大上，服务人员都很尽心尽力，有一些小插曲给解决了，就过去了，自助餐厅的服务态度非常好，就是人手有点不够，祝饭店生意兴隆！

酒店配套做的非常不错，游泳馆，沙滩，早餐，房间都非常完美，当然包括服务，真心感觉适合呆好几天的酒店，孩子说下次还要来
