地段相对比较靠近栈桥和火车站，为了乘火车方便订的，酒店附近隔一条街卖水果的很多，白天很热闹，晚上吃饭的排挡也很多，吃海鲜很方便，乘车也很方便就是要走点路。br酒店的热水像没水了，放半天也不热，硬伤啊，还好是夏天。冬天也这样的话就不能住了。

周边比较安静，并不十分繁华，离百脑汇比较近。中规中矩，不过前台服务很好，尤其是刘经理，很热情很贴心哦～

服务和地理位置很好，装修也不错，就是热水系统有问题，需要放很长时间水才出热水，还是值得推荐，领班服务很好，还给叫专车。

入住前一天，携程来电话，说周六周日酒店的热水温度不高，我想现在气温20来度，只要有热水，温度不高，但问题总不会太大。而且我是周日入住，周一总应该没问题了。结果周日下午到了前台，我办完入住手续后，随口问了一句热水的事情，前台支支吾吾，我就觉得要坏事，最后发现根本不是水温不高，而是没有热水，今天中午如果还是没有热水，只能换了。而且晚上请前台拿个果盘，说他们只和早餐部有联系，晚上连盘子都没有了。电话不能往外打，前台没有分机号，我找前台都是用自己手机打过去的。无线信号基本没有，一问说无线信号不强，基本只在1-2楼，但宾馆房间都在3楼以上。睡觉枕头太高，床垫质量一般，翻个身响好几下。办理入住的时候随口问了句早餐多少钱，前台居然答不出来说用问网络经理，虽然后来送了早餐劵但也不会去吃。酒店的唯一好处是周边吃饭和到港口办事方便，没有其他任何推荐入住的理由了。
