酒店设施老旧，卫生差，服务更差，都离店十几个小时了，酒店还没有确认，早晨退房时都一再催促酒店前台确认的，可仍然没有确认，最差劲酒店。

位置好！就在海边，谁知道入住当天没有热水洗澡，出去玩了一天回来一身汗怎么睡啊？晚上10点多回来酒店，发现没热水打电话问前台说是堵了哪的管道，还要2个小时 才有热水，结果等到下半夜一点钟都没有了热水，大人还好，小孩子怎么能用冷水擦洗？只能用烧水泡茶的烧水杯烧点热水摻合着用！麻烦！第二天早上起床依然没有热水，果段退房！前台的解释是 管道不行，太老了， 退房时也碰到其他宾客询问没有热水就退房了。老板该花点心思改善这个问题，要不然你的酒店离海再近也没用啊！！！
