刚入住，发现马桶还有脏水，没有冲干净，洗脸盆里还有头发，洗澡间地漏也是乱放的，枕头套有一股酸臭味，明显没换过，收纳盒直接放床上了，床头灯有一边是坏的。第二天打扫房间没放拖鞋，纸巾用完了也不加。服务员态度也很差，打电话换枕套，只拿一只过来，还要我自己换，难道服务员不知道每张床上至少有2个枕头吗？给前台打电话，换枕套，送拖鞋，送纸巾，也都是打两次电话才处理。690多块钱一晚的酒店，住宿体验真的非常糟糕！

酒店离万象城，市政府，五四广场，奥帆中心比较近。酒店设施在同级别同价位酒店里有优势。离市南区老城区景点也不算太远，坐地铁公交车都很方便。
