大楼外观看上去挺新，但酒店大堂及房间看上去却像是较旧的一样，仅有一部电梯，经常等不到，整个酒店的设计是挺失败的，很不合理及不具人体性化，特别是卫生间及电器插座的布局安排等。估计是设计者根本没有考虑过用户实际使用体验如何。最便宜的经济间价格要360元/晚，其他房型较更高，性价比很低。如要做好连锁酒店，建议在酒店建设、装修的设计前就应参考一下莫泰、如家、7天等较成功经济型酒店的设计，设计者应要去亲身体验。
