前台接待的素质不高，专业度不够！不知道怎么培训的！carry做事情没条理，对客人没礼貌，问问题也不回答，说了不要走廊尽头房间，还是安排最后一间！说了早上会有人给你打电话叫你下来坐大巴也没有安排！退房还被前台说你下来的太晚了？what？我约的8:30， 提前5分钟下来告知我大巴可能走了……服了！不会再来！三星级宾馆标准

酒店很棒，距离机场很近。环境好，设施新，房间内座机可以设置闹钟，也可以听广播电台，遥控器很体贴的放了卡片注明每个电视台的序号。免费接送机，很方便。送机为半点发车，一小时一班，别克商务车，车况良好。正常预定单后酒店就房到18点，但我需要晚上20点左右才能到达，前台的Carry美女很体贴，帮我备注延时留房，接待也很热情贴心。手动点赞。

空港への送迎バスが早朝6時から出ているので便利、近いと言っても歩くのは無理な距離です。ホテルの格式の割には空港至近のホテルに比べ距離がある分、廉価でお得ですね。一階の喫茶ラウンジはゆったりと広々なので、商談や打ち合わせには好都合です。お部屋は9階でしたがエレベーターを降りたあと、判ったのですが9階10階の2フロアに階段で向かう構造でした、写真の様に階段を5，6段降りて9階に向かいました。廉価なお部屋だったせいか、室内はいたってシンプルでシャワーだけでしたが価格的には、PULLMANブランドなので納得です。
