预定的时候要的是网络电视房间，来了之后给的是有线电视，我要求换房间，给我的答复是房间满了没有房间，我要的餐具也不给送，我要的是解决问题，而不是顾左右而言他，是你们的服务不到位，凭什么让我花一样的钱看不一样的电视，阳台还挂了个大横幅，挡不挡视线？这种地方不会再来了，服务跟不上，什么都免谈
