房间面积挺大的，离鲁迅公园、海军博物馆、海底世界挺近的，但卫生情况较差，室内设施很旧，房屋和被子很潮，睡着不太舒服，门口比较堵车，也不好打车，建议住的稍远些再公交过去。

房间小，有潮气，卫生情况也不大好，卫生间不干净，不知道是不是仅仅因为房子旧的原因，还是酒店管理也有问题。但是阳台确实可以看见海，酒店外观不错，位置交通方便。太贵了，不值这个价格。

位置是很近，大厅挺气派。但那房间就差极了。无窗是实现知道的。但是脏的晚上都没敢脱衣睡。早餐只有馒头，稀饭，咸菜。早知道不选带早餐的，出去吃了。总之不推荐。

外地人去青岛玩最好的住处，公交车方便，就在栈桥海边，楼下，早上有早餐，挺实惠的！
