入住不太愉快，等到下午五点半，过程也比较混乱。服务态度很好，入住后客服马上来电致歉并登门送了礼物。后续住得比较舒心，毕竟青岛最佳酒店的名号也非浪得虚名。

这是一家自己小时候住过的酒店，如今带着自己的孩子再次入住，感觉很是亲切，服务没得说，每个人都是亲切的笑脸，引导，问答都很有耐心。负一层的儿童乐园项目很多，孩子很喜欢，户外泳池引入的海水，感觉也像在海里游泳了。由于旺季，入住时等待了两个小时，被安排在大堂吧休息，柠檬水，小吃都是免费的，倒也不觉得时间长，退房时还退给我160元等待的费用。房间正对大海，听着海浪声无比愉悦，酒店的对面穿过马路就是一小片沙滩，早上早起人少，带孩子挖了一会沙抓了小鱼，相对其他海水浴场还是很安静的，自助餐的种类也挺丰富的，总体来说，设施未必是青岛最好，但服务绝对是最好，不愧为排名第一的老牌酒店！！

服务很贴心 酒店内的儿童娱乐设施齐全 饭菜可口 唯一影响心情的是刚入住时发现马桶里漂着大团的头发 不过入住体验还是非常好的
