环境很好，配套设施也很好，房间内的物品投放很人性化，关键服务很好，每一位服务人员都是面带微笑，只要和你目光相对都会主动问好，入住当天服务人员带领客人到达房间并介绍了房间的个个设施功能及服务电话，真的非常热情！每天都有工作人员把车子给擦干净，不管是否下雨都能保证车子随时开出去都是干净的。我们去极地海底世界专门为我们一家三口开了班车送我们前往，总之，这次体验非常完美！

青岛海景花园大酒店 不虚此行真的是服务好到爆，每个工作人员都贴心服务，都说是酒店中的海底捞，但我觉得它完胜海底捞。1.用餐时被??扎破了手，服务员立即送来了消毒棒和创可贴。2.在房间给孩子点午餐由于送来晚了，又是免单又是道歉。3.如果你在泳池未带泳帽，工作人员会主动递过泳帽试用4.酒店里无论儿童嬉戏区还是任何场所都可以随手领取免费矿泉水饮用5.儿童沙池旁提供了各种小朋友玩的沙具...

当地人很认可的一家五星级酒店，房间设施卫生很好，虽然在海边，但是看不到海，窗户很小。服务确实非常好，床很舒服，早餐非常棒！室内泳池不算大，周边环境很好，赢在服务了。五一价格非常贵，节假日又贵人有多，不如平时来。
