到了酒店，没有礼宾，被告知自己推行李车，呵呵了。这是五星？入住退房行李都得自己搬，真的烂。上楼下楼等个电梯十几分钟。四个电梯就一两个在运行。住过服务最差最乱的喜来登。早餐吃的东西也很少……唯一满意的是房间。还算合格

第一次带着父母家人来青岛旅游，入住黄岛泰成喜来登酒店，车子开到酒店大堂门口，门口的工作人员非常热情，帮忙搬行李，开门的，值得称赞！再到大堂办理入住，接待我的美女Abby Li不但人长得漂亮，而且笑容亲切，也非常耐心的解答我任何问题，大赞！
