room is very good, service and their management are pretty bad, not Sheraton standard for sure. it takes more than a week to get my pre-authorized money back, and i didn't get any sincere apology.

我住在北边房间，挺舒服。
我两同事住在南边房间，据说很热，空调由中央空调控制，没法调，问客服，说是有的房间冷有的房间热，没法更换。。。
不过挺安静的

不错不错，很安静，床很舒服
房间是朝北的，北面是工地建房子。南边可是湖景的，差距有点大
虽然位置偏点，不过还可以了，毕竟比较安静
