住宿条件确实很好，离金沙滩很近，走路五分钟，学校东门出去吃早饭非常方便，门口大广场很好停车，就是房价不低。

优点：酒店位置不错，从青岛火车站打车二十多分钟，出了大院就是金沙滩。房间比较大，干净整洁舒适。前台人员服务态度很好，耐心回答各种问题，开房退房速度很快。缺点：黄岛相对偏僻，酒店内只有简餐，出去吃饭也相对麻烦些。酒店东门外几个小饭店和小超市，但是要去只能从南门绕，有东大门但却锁着。。院内设施还没有完全建设好，路灯都没有，晚上从外面回酒店必须经过大院，要走一大段黑路。对吃比较有要求的朋友还是得慎重。开车的朋友就无所谓了。总体比较起来还是很满意的！

酒店在学校里面，周边没有任何可以消费的地方，进店前表示可以开具发票，结账后又说不能马上开，要邮寄，而且不是增值税专票，只能开普票……无语这种服务……
